REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED *



Postponed or Rescheduled Events – When events are postponed or rescheduled, you will be contacted by email with the new event information as soon as we are updated.


How to Request a Refund


  1. Please contact info@winnipegwinefestival.com. Ticket refunds should be received within 7-10 business days.

Cancelled Events


  1. You will be notified that the event is cancelled.
  2. Your refund is automatically delivered to the same card used for purchase.
  3. Refunds should be received within 7-10 business days after we learn the event has been cancelled. Unless notified otherwise, your tickets will be valid for the new event date.
