About the Festival

The Winnipeg Wine Festival is an

annual fundraising event for

Special Olympics Manitoba (SOM).

Now in its 11th year, the festival has grown to

be one of the largest and most respected wine festivals in the country as well as the largest single fundraiser for SOM. Winnipeg's public tastings boast the highest attendance in the country, with well over 6,000 people enjoying hundreds of wines from around the world.

SOM is dedicated to enriching the lives of Manitobans with an intellectual disability through active participation in sport.
